We have dark gray lines along the upstairs baseboards and around the vents. Can those be cleaned out, or is that carpet ruined?

Can you come out same day, or how far ahead do we need to book?

Same day is sometimes possible, usually when there's been a cancellation or when we already have a truck working on the west side of the I-5 that day. Call and ask rather than assume.
